Observance of the 19th death anniversary of Professor Alam Shah Khan.

On the occasion of the 19th death anniversary of Professor Alam Shah Khan, a lecture series was organized on the topic "People on the Margins in Hindi Stories" in the auditorium of Shramjeevi College. The keynote speaker, author and former Doordarshan AGM Krishan Kalpit, said that Alam Shah Khan gained popularity due to his creative writing skills. The special officer of the Chief Minister, writer and humorist Farukh Afreedi, said that Alam Shah Khan is a great personality of Mewar. He is a precious gem born on the land of Mewar, who is still alive due to his stories. Just as Chandradhar Guleri is remembered for "Usne Kaha Tha," Professor Khan's stories have not been forgotten till today. While presiding over the event, Professor, poet, and critic Satyanarayan Vyas shed light on Alam Shah Khan's personality and works. Guests also launched the story collection "Ek Sau Ath" by Dr. Tarana Parveen during the program. Dr. Sarvat Khan briefly commented on this book. The program was hosted by Dr. Ugrasen Rao.
